The enquiry form

When you send a project brief through the contact form, we receive the name, email address and brief you submit, plus the optional fields you choose to complete: company or project name, project type, timing, budget range, whether branding and content are ready, and an existing product URL.

We use it for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not sell it, do not share it for marketing, and do not add you to a mailing list off the back of an enquiry.

The submission is delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider, which processes it on our behalf in order to deliver the message. Enquiries are retained for as long as they are commercially relevant — an active conversation, or a project record — and deleted when they are not.

Anti-abuse measures

To stop automated submissions, the contact endpoint applies a rate limit keyed on the requesting IP address, and includes a hidden field that only automated clients fill in. The IP address is used transiently for that check and is not stored alongside your enquiry.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under a single key so the site remembers it on your next visit. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

Because we set no tracking cookies, there is no consent banner to click through.

Analytics

Analytics is not currently enabled on this site. No page-view or interaction data is collected or sent to any third party.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare’s network, which processes request data such as IP address in order to serve pages, provide TLS and protect against attack. That processing is a necessary part of delivering any website.

Your rights

You can ask us what enquiry data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the contact form and we will action it.

Changes

If we change how this site handles data, this page changes with it. It describes current behaviour, not intentions.
