The contract governs an engagement

Everything on this website — service descriptions, delivery timeframes, process explanations and the summaries of how we handle scope and cancellation — is explanatory. It is written to help you understand how Stridehelm works before you talk to us.

It does not constitute an offer, a quotation, or a binding commitment. The signed project agreement for your specific engagement is what governs payment, intellectual property, cancellation, change requests, refunds, deliverables, warranties and liability. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement wins.

Delivery timeframes on this site

Any timeframe described here is conditional and typical, not guaranteed. Rapid Launch timing begins after scope is locked and the required assets are received, and applies only when the complexity qualifies. Sprint durations for product work apply only to scopes that technical planning has confirmed will fit.

An actual delivery date for your project is set in your project agreement, after planning.

Enquiries

Submitting a brief through the contact form does not create a contract or oblige either side to proceed. Please do not send confidential information through the form before we have a confidentiality agreement in place — send a summary and we will arrange one if the project needs it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and for not submitting content you do not have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt this site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, submit automated or fraudulent enquiries, or use it to distribute unlawful content. We rate-limit and block abusive traffic.

If you believe you have found a security issue with this site, please report it through the contact form rather than disclosing it publicly, and we will respond.

Intellectual property

The Stridehelm name, logo, site design and written content on this site belong to us. You may link to and quote reasonable extracts with attribution; please do not reproduce the site or its branding wholesale.

Ownership of work produced during a project is dealt with in the project agreement, not here.

No warranty on site content

This site is provided as is. We keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or continuously available, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general information published here. Ask us about your specific situation.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The version published here is the current one.
